Sausage and Cabbage Casserole 
Ingredients:
1 small cabbage, sliced and steamed tender
1 lb. Red Barn Venison Sausage
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup raw rice
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
4 cups canned tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper
½ teaspoon sugar
Directions:
Cook sausage until no longer pink, drain on a paper towel. Combine all ingredients in a covered baking dish. Bake at 375° for 1 hour 15 minutes or until rice is cooked. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serves 6-8 people.
